“Acquirers” allows you to keep an eye on the present status of the acquirers you are linked to (e.g. Teller, Nets, BABS, Euroline, Danske Netbetaling, Nordea E-payment etc). If, for some reason, one of your acquirers is having problems, their name will be red and next to the name you will find an “info” link.
By clicking the link you will be given a more thorough explanation of the acquirer’s present problem. The same goes for acquirers that have asked us to forward a message about a planned maintenance of their system. They will also have an “info” sign next to their name. By clicking it you gain access to info about the planned maintenance.
Finally, next to each acquirer you will find “last point of contact”. This is the time of the last transaction that has been captured by DIBS from the acquirer in question.
