Search

The search function allows you to find a specific payment quickly and easily. It also allows you to search through all registered information about the transactions. This includes: Type of card, transaction number, order number, amount (min. and max.), currency and status (“New”, “Captured” or “Declined”). Finally, you can search by date. 

If you have access to more than one piece of information about the transaction you are looking for, you can type in each piece at a time in the boxes.

Note! The search is an “and” search function. Thus, if you have typed in information in more than one box (e.g. stated both card type and expiry date), the search will show you all transactions that meet both criteria!

Finally, the search allows you to use so-called “wild cards”. For this purpose the sign “%” is used. For instance, if you type in “10%” in the transaction number box, the search will show you all transactions with “10” as their first two numbers.
