It may be due to your server not responding at all, or that the answering page did not contain the string: VerifyEasy_response:_OK. If this string is not included in the answer, the system will retry sending the report for up to 24 times. If it fails, DIBS support receives the report via e-mail, saying that we could not contact your "page", and in this case we send you the http-report via e-mail.
Your firewall must be configured to receive reports from IP-address: 217.151.192.130.
