We run in test mode, but the purchases are denied every time.

Permanently deleted user

Is the alternative "always denied" chosen in the Manager Hosted pages > Test parameters? See section 2.1.3 in the manual.

Check that the test parameter is correctly spelt ("Test" with a capital "T"), and that it has the correct value:

1. The result is randomly cleared.
2. Verification is always approved.
3. Verification is always denied.
