Shop IP

DIBS saves the IP-number that generated a given card transaction. The number is used for features such as “fraud protection”. If you are using a program like e.g. Pentia’s COM object to generate transactions towards DIBS, you will see the shop’s number in stead of the customer’s. 

Shops using other programs to connect to DIBS, have the option of sending the parameter “ip” to DIBS. See more under DIBS API. 

Important! For DIBS to be able to store and use the parameter “ip”, the shop’s IP-number must be inserted here
